- What are the benefits you expect your particular
school will get from our services?
- In
a very soft tone and with a smiling face Khushbakht said,
“the benefit I got is like when eTaleem contacted me, I got
the whole bunch of information related to the services offered
by the eTaleem. And as you are well aware of the fact that
nowadays so many people are making websites, and I was also
approached, but the concept eTaleem has given us is that with
a little amount of money eTaleem is connecting us with the
millions of people at one time, giving access of our school’
information which is real and true. An other example is I
was in need of a teacher and I was thinking to put up an add
in the newspaper but all of a sudden eTaleem came in my mind
so after going through the Tutor Resource service provided
by the eTaleem, I got the teacher who was meeting my demand.
The platform of eTaleem is very much important not only for
my school but also for the schools in whole of Pakistan. The
subsite of all schools on eTaleem would be an advantage for
the schools in rural areas. They will have a platform to maintain
their standards by learning from other schools websites. As
I am well aware of the importance of Internet, atleast I can
take out maximum benefits from the platform of eTaleem. So
in my particular case eTaleem does not have to take the pains

- Teachers,
students and parents from low-lying areas of Pakistan will
be able to get the opportunities to groom themselves by making
a use of eTaleem’s services, and will come to the required
level in the next 4,5 years. If eTaleem promises to turn out
to be the same as it is being expected to be.
- What
would be the impact of eTaleem on literacy?
- Khushbakht
humbly stated that eTaleem can be used as a useful tool as
far as the literacy is concerned as far as I think. Parents
will have direct access to the schools plus eTaleem’s mission
of spreading the education is like beginning a new era in
the field of education. eTaleem has started a competition
in the field of education for example if I see a school offering
more services than mine than naturally I’ll try to bring my
school on that standard. Before it was used to be a free traffic
and without a competition. Now a person like me who runs institutions
and play a major role in building a nation will be more conscious.
Politely she said “if a parent seeks an information from an
institutions other than his child’s and compares it to his
child’s and he finds out that there is something missing and
his child is not being taught what the other institution is
offering, then he can easily register his complain with the
said institution. So this means eTaleem has created awareness
among everyone who ever is related with the educational sector.
I must admit that eTaleem has opened a huge door if you look
at its perspectives, lot of work to be done, a very huge target
awaiting to be achieved.
Any
message for the students/ people of Pakistan/parents/teachers/tutors
FOR
PARENTS :
They should
give the opportunities to their children for grooming in the
field of their interest and should authorize them to a certain
extent that they should be free to do anything academically
and in some other areas of life. By adopting this method the
child will gain confidence and will be able to prove themselves
specially the girls should be allowed to acquire any education
and they should be given equal rights by the parents without
discrimination. Parents always sit a part and loose their
responsibility after admitting their child in a best english
medium school assuming them to be groomed by the teachers
only. Actually this is not the solution instead they have
to be always available for their child. They have to understand
their child’s nature and his needs. In schools these days
lot of academic activities takes place which cannot work out
without parents assistance, who have to cooperate to let it
run and encourage their child to participate in them.
STUDENTS
:
Students
are extraordinarily intelligent as compared to their parents
because they learn the concepts first which lead them to books.
New academic courses are developed and are based on the research
of child’s psychology and it has put the child on the threshold
of intelligence to go ahead confidently. Encouragement is
a must for the child’s grooming which always comes from the
parents first.
TEACHERS
:
Teachers
should be 100% committed to their profession. Basically a
teacher is a personality who is idealized by all the students.
Especially the students of kindergarten focus teacher as their
parents and so much attached to them that the teacher influences
their character development. The time teacher enters the school
premises, should leave all the problems and mental tensions
at their homes as the biggest responsibility awaits them in
the school. They should be organized in the best possible
way. So this means that teachers should have professional
and not the casual attitude towards their work. They should
value time, which is the most important factor for a successful
life in any area of profession.
PEOPLE
OF PAKISTAN :
A professional
self-commitment and a positive attitude is must for any task
to accomplish. I have to set my example first to motivate
others to work hard. We have to stimulate others to work by
proving ourselves more efficient than them. Lets work hard
to build a better Pakistan tomorrow.
