KARACHI: The directors and coordinators of e-Taleem has announced that they are launching firstever online blood donor service on their website WWW.eTaleem.com.
Any one can avail the facility, without any charges, said Faisal Anwar, K.M. Hussain and Haleem Sharar in a press conference at Karachi Press Club.
They told the press conference that, it is the only website in asia that was visited by 2.6 million people within very short duration of eight months.
They further said that in Pakistan, more than 7 million people are suffering from various blood-related diseases. According to various researches of the government of Pakistan and various organisations of the United Nations, in Pakistan within every three to fifteen seconds blood required for a patient, it means daiuly 5 to 25 thousand people have needed blood. They said that due to this need they have founded the honorable blood donor service. ETaleem.com is a platform for all those that want to save lives with donation of the blood.
They said that various government organisations and non governmental organisations, hospitals etc are trying to fulfil the blood need of the people, the online blood service is being launched.
They told in they press conference that eTaleem.com has gathered the largest and most authentic data of educational institutions, doctors, hospitals, clinics, labs atc and hosted online for public service.
